RETURN POLICY

Terms of product replacements
In case you choose to replace a product, you must comply with the following terms:

The return of the product is being accepted only if the customer has already paid any amount for sending the product to him/her and the shipping costs for returning the item.
Products that are not in their original condition cannot be returned, under no circumstances.
This means that products must:
• Not be washed.

Returns of Products due to delivery error
In all the cases whereby other than the sold products are delivered, either by type or by quantity or a characteristic is missing, that has been previously agreed upon in writing with the COMPANY, the customer can return the products for testing and confirmation of the error. In such case the cost of return of the products to the COMPANY, as well as the cost of return to the customer will be covered by the COMPANY, provided that the proposed by the company method of return is followed.
Returns of Defective Products
In the event that the product bears a manufacturing defect, the following shall apply:
• The return of the product to be replaced should take place within the time frame indicated by law and should be followed by all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. shipping documents, retail sales receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging.
• In case of returning a product by courier, the cost concerning return of products to the COMPANY will be covered by the customer, while the COMPANY will cover the cost for shipping the replacement or repaired product.
• After the return of products, the company checks the defect reported by the customer and then there is communication with the customer to inform him/her about the test results.
• Provided the defect is detected, the COMPANY will decide whether to repair or replace the product or, in any other case, will cancel the transaction, if the replacement in due time is not possible and the COMPANY cannot find an alternate product of equivalent or better characteristics or the corresponding value for its replacement. In case of transaction cancellation and for as long as capital controls apply, refund to the customer shall be made via bank deposits, according to the bank account data provided by the customer. As soon as the capital controls are lifted, refunds will be carried out with the same method that the customer chose to make the initial payment to the COMPANY and according to the following terms:
In the case of billing via credit card the COMPANY shall be obliged to inform the Bank to cancel the transaction and the bank will take any possible measure as provided by the contract concluded with the customer, without any further liability on behalf of the COMPANY. The COMPANY after such a notification shall not assume any liability for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, regulated by the abovementioned contract. If paying by bank transfer, the refund will be done respectively by bank transfer to the same customer account.

Returns of non-defective products - Customer’s Right of Unjustified Withdrawal
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days starting from delivery of products to him/her or to third parties indicated by the customer. The withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
• This withdrawal is unjustified and at no charge. The customer - even if he/she has already received the item - must return it exactly in the condition he/she received it, with all its components, forms included and its packaging in perfect condition. The return of the product is being accepted only if the customer has already paid any amount regarding the shipping costs for returning the item.

• Following the withdrawal statement and after checking the goods for any damages, the COMPANY is required to refund the price received within 14 days of receipt of goods.
• Shipping cost shall not be reimbursed.

• Due to capital controls, and for as long as these restraining orders apply, refund to the customer shall be made via bank deposits, according to the bank account data provided by the customer in his withdrawal declaration.
• The customer is liable to compensate the COMPANY if he made use other than that is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods until submitting the withdrawal declaration. The confirmation of the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods should be based on the information provided on the packaging of each product, and additional information provided by the COMPANY, without opening the product packaging and operating/using the good. The COMPANY is willing to provide any further information to the customer regarding the nature and operation of products by giving any additional information material, electronically or otherwise. In case of an open package or operation/use of the product its value automatically decreases as it is characterized as “used” and the customer has to compensate the COMPANY for the reduction of its value. Reduction of the value of the package due to its opening and classification of the product as a “second-hand” good is examined individually and is determined by the COMPANY; usually it is found to be around 20% -30%. The COMPANY reserves the right to agree with the customer on its compensation even with a mutual offsetting.
• In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the E-shop has every right to ask for a refund from the customer, which will be specified by the condition of the products, and can unilaterally, totally or partially, offset this claim against the customer.
Withdrawal Exceptions
